Cheyenne is a classically trained pianist, violinist, and composer based in San Diego, California. She is passionate about igniting a love for music in others and creating a positive environment that fosters creativity and a deep appreciation for music. Having been trained in a variety of methods by various instructors, she favors a holistic philosophy in her approach to teaching, and is devoted to tailoring a plan to what best resonates with the individual student, allowing them to flourish and reach their goals. She began her formal training at the age of six for piano and nine for violin, and has been composing ever since she was a child. She has completed all ten levels of MTAC's Certificate of Merit with Branch Honors, and has been invited to perform at several MTAC conventions, held for the top 2% of the program's students. Specializing in both performance and music theory, she was accepted into San Diego State University's music performance program for piano in 2020. Outside of teaching, Cheyenne is passionate about music composition, and loves to explore and create music from the ground up.
