Elvera’s love for music began in her early childhood. She found love in guitar playing at the age of 11 and took any opportunity to sing and play guitar at open mics, school concerts, or family gatherings. She sang in choir throughout elementary, middle, and high school and began voice lessons at 16 years old. She gained an interest in musical theatre and performed in multiple productions throughout her adolescence. She is currently studying music at San Diego State University and hopes to be a certified music therapist. Music is a very important part of her life and she loves seeing her students blossom into driven and hopeful musicians.
